LMS (Library Management System)
By registering personal libraries created by each user, it is possible to share the same library throughout the entire company (including separate locations). This helps to streamline the design process by eliminating duplicate part creation and reducing saturation in internal libraries.
Additionally, it is possible to assign permission for editing part attributes to the administrator only, thus reducing mistakes during the manufacturing process.
The management screen displays the library definition for circuit diagrams, PCB, and 3D, and allows for easy editing of part attributes. This makes it easy to start using the system right away.
Furthermore, the system has an automatic update feature that allows for updating the library with part attribute information (CSV files) from the material database at specified times. The next morning, you can use the latest library that has no difference from the attribute information of the database.
PMS (Parts Management System)
The system links the material database information with the managed library (the library used) in real-time to always maintain the latest information. You can confirm constantly changing inventory information, unit prices, and usage priority while designing, which enables significant reduction in design lead time.
In addition, a versatile component search function allows for stress-free searching. You can easily search for components such as resistors and capacitors, which tend to be determined after component placement, from a large number of libraries.
Furthermore, it is possible to customize the search refinement items, allowing for a search refinement that matches the internal operating procedures.
FMS (File Management System)
The system manages all design files on a server, enabling thorough management of data asset leaks or losses.
Access rights can be set to allow editing, deletion, and read-only access, as well as restrictions on browsing folders. User IDs accessing design files can be checked in real-time from all terminals, ensuring thorough consideration to prevent information leaks.
The system also includes an exclusive control function, which enables the control of duplicate editing of files. Even when a file is being accessed, it can be opened in read-only mode to check progress.
DMS (Document Management System)
It is possible to register folders managed on FMS.
For example, if there are 100 folders managed on FMS, it can be difficult to search for data related to one's own project every time, so it is possible to register multiple folders to be used in DMS. This is a system that streamlines the laborious tasks of the design process.
In addition, various information and component configurations of the managed circuit diagrams can be checked from a browser.
BMS (BOM Management System)
Even for administrators who do not have CSiEDA installed, it is possible to easily output a parts list on a browser.
By checking the component information database on the material side and the library properties on the circuit diagram, various data can be outputted (in CSV, Excel, and Word formats).
